Choosing to Move More Throughout the Day!

Renell Finke, Purdue Extension/Fulton County Nutrition Educator, will be presenting “Choosing to Move More Throughout the Day- Part 1” on Wednesday, October 16 @ 11:00.  This program is part 1 of a 3 part series on getting healthy by moving more.  Part 2 will be presented on Wed., Nov. 20 and part 3 will be on Wed., Dec. 18.

You don’t have to wait until the weather improves to start moving more! In this class we’ll give you practical ways to build more activity into your daily life and take a look at the importance of physical activity throughout the day. No matter what your fitness level or how you spend your days – we’ve got you covered when it comes to new ideas to boost your activity level!

Roblox Murder Mystery Tournament

Kewanna Public Library will host a Roblox Murder Mystery Tournament on Sat., Oct. 12.  Registration begins @ 10:00am and the tournament will begin @ 10:30am.  Players 18 and under are welcome.  There is no entry fee.  1st 2nd & 3rd place prizes will be awarded.  Join us for a great time!

Recycling 101

Stop in at Kewanna Public Library on Wed., October 9 @ 11:00 to hear the basics of recycling.  Stacy Hart, Executive Director of the Fulton County Solid Waste Department, will be here to teach you everything that you need to know about how recycling benefits the environment and the economy in a number of ways.  Be sure to come to the library for this informative program.
