Fulton County, Indiana: The Luckiest County in the World

Fulton County historian and author, Shirley Willard has recently published a new book, Fulton County, Indiana: The Luckiest County in the World.  Her book is the complete history of Fulton County.  Shirley will be at the Kewanna Union Township Public Library on Wednesday, May 4 @ 11:00 to share her newest book.

Shirley Willard, a distinguished Indiana historian, writes a weekly column for the Rochester Sentinel.  She also shares her love of history by giving speeches, writing for historical magazines, and volunteering at the Fulton County Museum.
