Cookies & Canvas

Kewanna Union Township Public Library will host “Cookies & Canvas” on Thurs., June 20 4:00-5:30.  “Cookies & Canvas” will be led by Caston Middle School/High School Art Teacher, Abby Beall.  Abby will be sharing her talent & love of art with our young artists.

Embrace your creative side while spending time with friends and enjoying some sweet treats!  You will paint step-by-step with instruction from an experienced and enthusiastic artist.   You will leave with a one of a kind creation and a new found talent!

All young artists are welcome to attend.  Pre-registration is helpful.  All supplies and refreshments are provided.

How to Budget Your Money

Lake City Bank Associates, Penny Ramsey and Justin Taylor, will be presenting a program called “How to Budget Your Money” on Wed., June 12 @ 11:00 in Kewanna Union Township Public Library.  Kewanna Union Township Public Library is located at 210 E. Main St., Kewanna, IN.

A budget helps you make sure you will have enough money every month. Without a budget, you might run out of money before your next paycheck.  Join us to learn this important information!  Everyone is welcome to attend!

Free Book Give Away

Kewanna Union Township Public Library will be hosting a Free Book Give Away on Sat., June 15 from 10am-2pm.  This Free Book Give Away will take place during Kewanna Town Wide Garage Sales.  Everyone is welcome to come and select books of their choice from our free give away collection.  We have books for all ages.  Stop in and pick out a bagful!

Dig into Rocks Event

Rock Hunting Enthusiast, Josh Martindale, will be presenting a program about hunting and collecting rocks on Thurs., June 13 @ 5:00 at Kewanna Union Township Public Library.  He will share information about how to successfully find all types of rocks and ways to identify them.
