Betsy Wolfe, Woodlawn Hospital dietician, will be presenting a program about Cholesterol Awareness on Wed., July 12 @ 11:00 in Kewanna Public Library. Ms. Wolfe will share important information about maintaining a healthy lifestyle to lower the risks of cholesterol. Everyone is welcome to attend this program.
Good’s History Review topic for July will be “Traveling Down Indiana Roads” on Wednesday, July 12 @ 3:00 and July 26 @ 11:00. These programs will be held at Kewanna Public Library 210 E. Main St., Kewanna, IN.
Local historian, Marvin Good, will be sharing his knowledge about events of the past and make history come alive! His programs will include our community history, as well as, many historical events and memorabilia of the early days in Indiana.
Kewanna Public Library will be celebrating National Ice Cream Month with an Ice Cream Social on Thurs., July 6 at 5:00. We will have lots of toppings to make your own sundae. Everyone is welcome to attend! Don’t forget to stop in at the library any day in July to vote for your favorite flavor of ice cream!
Ronald McDonald will be making a special appearance at the Kewanna Public Library on Wed., July 19 @ 3:00. Come and meet Ronald McDonald and see his fun educational show…”It’s Book Time with Ronald McDonald!” His show will be filled with magic, puppetry, and lots of laughs. Ronald shares his excitement for reading and helps get children excited about reading too!
